Strictly only with a signed Reservation Confirmation together with a 50% deposit.

Payment

• Payment strictly upon receipt of key.
• Payment can be made via PayPulse, credit card, cash or internet transfer.
• Kindly take note that we do not accept Diners Club cards or American Express cards.
• No Swift or ITO(International Transfers) accepted. If a Swift or ITO transfer is made, the banking cost for such transaction shall be for the guest’s account.
• It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that River Chalets shall be informed of a payment before a reservation shall be confirmed.
• No accounts or orders outside Namibia.
• Orders will only be accepted if approved by management prior to arrival.
• Prices depend on the amount of persons occupying the chalet.
• Extra guests must report at the reception to settle the difference before checking out.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations shall attract a 15% admin fee; Cancellations more than 4 weeks in advance: 0% forfeiture; 3-4 weeks in advance:25% forfeiture; 2-3 weeks in advance :50% forfeiture; 1-13 days in advance 75% forfeiture; less than 24 hours in advance 100% forfeiture.
