Trip was a family event, rooms we got were very clean and cozy. reception on arrival was very friendly and helpful. Shops, fuel stations and restaurants in close proximity of the venue. There is also a small zoo which the kids enjoyed!

We haven't been through mariental since early 2018, we would normally just overnight in one one of their houses. Only to discover now in 2022 they have new owners since 2018, and wow what an improvement, so nice to see a establishment put money back into their business and do upgrades.

Very nice camp. you can stay in chalets, or in camp site. If you stay in camp site, I recommend pay small amount in add and then you have private toilets and shower. There is small ZOO, that is funny Restaurant is front of main gate with good kitchen and good beer.

We are regulars to stay whenever travel as a family. The hosts and their employed teams are very friendly and helpful. Air Conditioned (Perfect)!!!I refuse to stay at another place in or near Mariental if they are fully booked. The place is always neat and clean. The price is very affordable for everyone (Locals and Foreigners). It's definitely our home away from home!!

We stayed over at River Chalets in Mariental and we had a wonderful experience. Rooms were neat, great airconditioning , the people were friendly, the service was wonderful, and the accommodation was really great value for money.

We stopped over on our way to- and back from our holiday and we were very pleased. Very friendly service, bookings were easy, ample parking and moving space for the caravan. The chalets are very well sought after, neat, clean, modern and well cooled.
